For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your data is collected by Bluehost and WordPress for analytical purposes, this data (traffic) functions for the administration and management of the website.

All goods sold via Etsy is subject to Canadian tax laws, in Ontario, this is realized as a 13% tax on all bought goods.

Every product includes an information slip that guides customers on how to properly care for their finished product. Failure to adhere to these instructions may increase the risk of product damage. Please note that 13th Line Wood Creations cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from disregarding these guidelines.
